At BandFrame, we believe that musicians deserve to look as good as they sound.

Focus and clarity of a press kit with the aesthetic and customization of a traditional website. Not only for bands and performers, but educators, engineers, film composers, music therapists, business professionals, and more. Easy to build and maintain. No coding or design experience needed. "What You See Is What You Get" (WYSIWYG) real-time editing. Unique "home" on the web that musicians can feel confident about.

About BandFrame

• Built by musicians, for musicians.
• Launched in 2013 by Berklee Alumni: Mike Wyatt '09, Mike Blong '10, and Rob O'Block '12.
• Inspired to develop BandFrame out of a need to create an elegant, one page web platform for our band at Berklee, without spending big money on a traditional website.
• Self-funded by the three founders without any private equity or third party firms.
• Development team is led by company stakeholder, Charles Lowell at The FrontSide Inc. (Austin, TX).
• Public Relations is led by company stakeholder, Ashley Herendeen of Cone Communications (New York, NY).
• Operations are based out of Boston, Nashville, and Austin.
• Current internship program includes opportunities for music business students as well as web developers.
• During development, sought valuable advice and direction from the Berklee community, including: students, faculty, alumni, and Roger Brown in order to optimize the BandFrame experience for the modern music student and professional.

Can be used as supplement to ensemble auditions, performance opportunities, internships, and professional work opportunities. Platform for scholarship portfolio submissions with downloadable materials (resume, audio files, etc.) Gives parents the opportunity to stay up to date with their student's activities and accomplishments at Berklee. Improves overall visibility for ensembles to share their music, videos, and upcoming performances within the community. Provides students with a quick and easy way to learn more about a specific ensemble (Extended Bio, Video, Photos, Audio, Contact Information). Ability for Berklee to showcase choice ensembles to prospective students, parents, and the Boston community. From the Ensemble Director BandFrame would be an excellent resource for ensembles. It would be a great way to showcase what we do in class to the community and prospective students. This is the answer! - Marty Walsh
